John assures the responsiveness to client needs through strategic initiatives, staffing, services, and cost effective financial management. John provides leadership and management for the company's vision, developing and maintaining the strategic plan, and meeting the goals of the company and it's clients. He has over twelve years of combined experience in management and the healthcare industry.

Kenny leads the day-to-day client services operations of the company to assure a timely and quality product. He brings with him over ten years of Information Technology experience in the medical transcription services industry. Kenny also oversees the administration and compliance of local, state, and federal regulations, policies, and procedures.

John has fifteen years of experience in Information Technology in the healthcare industry and governmental agencies. He is responsible for developing customized solutions to meet the needs of our clients and heads the Research Design and Development team. John also is responsible for the conversion of the client's systems, when required.
