      "I have been in the medical transcription field for about 7 years and I finally feel that I am with an organization where I have joined a company in which I can be successful. Given all the challenges, overall I believe there is a good balance with the difficulty of work to be transcribed. This gives you the opportunity to be in a position to give a good quality service and still be productive and meet your financial goals.

      I feel my supervisor is very fair with me in terms of the work I do and my schedule. I am single and have no children and for the most part there is plenty of work and I feel fortunate if called by my supervisor for extra work, for it lets me know that they value me and depend on me to do a good job. I believe the supervisors work with each MT individually and there can always be a positive compromise for my situation.

      There are new and innovative ideas being introduced through technical support and the department is reliable in getting back with me right away or in a short amount of time as possible so I can continue to be productive. Quality support gives feedback during the week to all MTs and especially when I ask for help, they are available and willing to work with me on questions that I may have via e-mail or by phone. Benefit qualification production standards are minimal and this goal is reachable and realistic with PTO and 401k programs available.
